Description

The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, NSWC, Panama City, FL 32407-7001 intends to issue a sole source purchase order Remote Ocean Systems, San Diego, CA for Helmet Mounted Cameras and Lights used with the existing EX 14 Underwater Breathing Apparatus System which has previously been through operational and technical evaluation and currently used in the fleet Navy by Navy Divers. These parts must interface with existing equipment that is certified in "life support". These requirements are certified and approved by Naval Sea Systems Command and cannot be altered.
