Description

The contractor shall provide the following items; (1) 1 Each, Handset Assembly, P/N 624808, Frequency Range, Microphone 300-3500HZ, Earphone 20-3500HZ, Impedance 1000 OHM at 1KHZ. Temp Range 22 to + 55 Degrees Celsius (-4 to +131 degrees Fahrenheit. Power consumption approximately 0.5A Receive, 6A Transmit at 26Volts Used to Transmit and Receive Voice Communication. The Handset connects to the (MISTE II), Miniature Integrated Satellite Terminal Equipment utilizing a standard Phone Cord with Modular Plugs at both ends, (2) 1 Each, Power Assembly, P/N 646689, contains the Battery Charger CCA P/N 624716-3, 24V Power Supply P/N 624765, 32V Power Supply P/N 624766, (3) 1 Each, Memory Battery Assembly, P/N 646728, 24 Volt, 1.5 AH, NI-CD Rechargeable Battery. Battery Operating Time; Approximately 0.6 hour with a 20% Transmit Duty Cycle. Battery Charge Time; 14 Hours for BB-590/U. Ref. Pg.5-17 of limited Maintenance Manual, (4) 1 Each, Audio CCA P/N 636225, (5) 1 Each, Red Mux CCA P/N 636235, (6) 1 Each, Turbo PCI CCA P/N 638326-2. Items 4,5, and 6 are circuit card assemblies that are located in the Signal Processor Assembly, (7) 1 each, Front Panel Assembly CCA P/N 636220-2. This provides interface to the user. It also interfaces the receiver-transmiter front panle providing mode selection to the receiver-transmiter. It has two-digit status display and contains the switches to select the various modes of the system. This board has the on hook switch the alert-tone generator and transducer and the power-on Circuit, (8) 1 Each, MISTE R/T Display CCA P/N 638356, Frequency Display. Planned Sole Source Procurement to the Manufacturer of the MISTE II, who is Cincinnati Electronics Corp, 7500 Innovation Way, Mason, OH 45040-9699. Complete RFQ (N00189-01-T-0369) Package available upon request in writing by Fax (757-443-1333/1389). When requesting a copy of RFQ N00189-01-T-0369, Requestor must state that neither the requestor nor principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency-Failure to do so will be grounds for refusing the request.
