SUBJECT: Commerce Business Daily Synopsis for Extension of the Infrared Information Analysis Center (IRIA), Contract SP0900-96-D-0080 PART: U.S. GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENTS SUBPART: SERVICES CLASSCOD: A Research and Development OFFADD: Defense Supply Center Columbus, P.O. Box 16704, DSCC-PLI, Columbus OH 43216-5010 DESC: The contract effort will include, but not be limited to collection, review, analysis, appraisal, and summary of the available scientific and technical information and data within the scope of the IRIA's competence and concern. Contemplated period of performance is 12 months, with two 6-month options. DSCC plans to award a sole source contract modification for a 12-month extension, with two 6-month options, to Veridian-ERIM International, Inc. under contract SP0900-96-D-0080. DSCC believes that Veridian-ERIM is the only source with the required experience and capabilities to perform this effort due to the period of performance required.
