Description

This notice modifies submission No. 50C319, dated January 30, 2001 for Title III Inspection Services for the Southwestern States of Arizona, New Mexcio, Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado for the National Park Service, Intermountain Region, Santa Fe. Purpose of Modification: 1.) To add the state of Utah and 2.) To modify the significant evaluation factors in relative order of importance as follows: 1.) Firms must be capable of presenting evidence of past performance experience in Title III Inpsections Services, including expertise and experience with the erection, repair, coating, or re-coating of elevated water reservoirs which may requrie individual suspension from the top of structures approximately 150 feet. 2.) Firms must be capable of presenting the number, variety, and complexity of projects in which inspections services were provided. 3.) Firms must be able to present evidence pertaining to the amount of training/education they possess regarding field inspection work, contract administration and procedures in specific trades involved in construction work. 4.) Firms must present evidence regarding their capacity to accomplish tasks assigned within required time frames. 5.) Location of firm in respect to the general geographic area (Southwestern United States)in which work is to be performed. 6.) Volume of work previously awarded the firm when combined with this project will not significantly affect the objectives of the National Park Service. All other information remains the same. The deadline for receipt of Standard Forms 254 and 255 has been extended to March 9th, 2001.
