Description

NAISC Codes 561720 and 561790: Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform full maintenance (janitorial and maintenance of major building equipment ) services at six locations: (1) Alliance Tower, 8701 S. Gessner, Houston, TX; (2) Bob Casey Federal Building/Courthouse, 515 Rusk Avenue, Houston, TX; (3) G. T. Mickey Leland Federal Building, 1919 Smith Street, Houston, TX; (4) Labranch Federal Building, 2320 Labranch Street, Houston, TX; (5) U.S. Customhouse, 701 San Jacinto, Houston, TX; and (6) U.S. Post Office/Courthouse, 25th and Avenue F, Galveston, TX. Current contractor is TECOM, Inc. Current monthly contract price is $212,210.23. This contract will be acquired utilizing SOURCE SELECTION procedures with award based on "BEST VALUE" concept. Anticipated release date of the request for proposal is on or about February 27, 2001, with an anticipated receipt of proposal date of April 17, 2001. A pre-proposal meeting and walk-through will be conducted at the site on March 27, 2001, at 8:00 a.m. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will be in PDF format and will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically.
