Description

Work consists of furnishing all parts, labor, material, equipment, supplies, services, and supervision necessary to Replace Security Fence, Jet Fuel Bulk Storage Area, Grissom Air Reserve Base, IN. The work includes, but is not limited to the removal of 4200 feet of existing fence and installation of 4200 feet of new chain link security fence. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The proposed acquisition is unrestricted. All responsible bidders must be CCR registered to be considered for award. The solicitation package will be posted on Electronic Posting System (EPS) on or about 6 March 2001 and can be accessed at www.eps.gov/. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation nor the planholder list. Telephone, written, facsimile, or email requests for the solicitation package and planholders list will not be honored. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring the EPS site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information, and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. NOTE: The response date cited above is an estimate, not an actual. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid preparation costs.
