Description

The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to repair, upgrade and/or modernize the site, buildings and dwelling units at the following developments Lafayette Townhouses, Tiffany Apartments and Lookaway Apartments. Solicitation documents will be available for pick up in the SLHA's Procurement Section, 4100 Lindell Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63108 starting at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) (local time) Tuesday, February 20, 2001. There will be a $120.00 non-refundable fee charged for each set of drawings, payable by Cashiers Check or Money Order. A Pre-Bid conference is scheduled for Firday, February 23, 2001 at 9:00 a.m. in the 3rd Floor Conference Room at 4100 Lindell Boulevard. There will be a site visit immediately following the pre-bid conference. The SLHA will receive sealed bids for this service until 3:00 p.m. (local time), March 19, 2001 at the St. Louis Housing Authority, Procurement Section, Third Floor, 4100 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis MO 63108, at which time and place all qualified bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bidders must comply with Section 3 and MBE/WBE Requirements. Bidders not in the local area may call 314-286-4234 during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time) for instructions on obtaining the solicitation documents and drawings.
