Description

Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a delivery order under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), N00019-97-G-0087, with the Joint Venture (ITT/Northrop Grumman), to implement the AN/ALQ-165 Transmitter Mounting Modification ECP-0001 (CCB# 2001AIR0110134). The transmitter mounting modification will alter the mounting configuration of the ALQ-165 transmitters to correct an ongoing problem in the FA-18 aircraft. The Joint Venture (ITT/Northrop Grumman) is the only known firm possessing the data, personnel, and facilities to perform this requirement in a timely manner.
