Description

Due 4/5/01. Purchase of Cranes, rough terrain mounted, 50 ton lifting capacity, telescope main boom with jib, diesel engine driven, 4 wheel drive, 4 wheel steer, right hand drive and a crane, all terrain, 120 ton lifting capacity, telescope main boom with jib, diesel engine driven, 10x6/10x8 wheel drive, 10 wheels steer, right hand drive for delivery in Yokosuka Japan. Vehicle/Equipment and furnished accessories shall comply with Japanese Motor Vehicle Safety Standard in effect on the date of manufacture. The Government intends to award an indefinite quantity (IQ) contract with a minimum guarantee of one crane and a maximum quantity of three cranes. The performance period will be for one year from time of award. The request for quotation is expected to be issued o/a 6 March 2001. This will be an electronic solicitation only in .PDF format. No paper solicitation will be issued. All applicable Trade Agreement Acts Clauses in FAR and DFARS will be utilized for this procurement.
