Description

This is a combinded synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is M00681-01-T-0080 and this is a request for a quote (RFQ). This Solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-16 and DAC 91-13. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. Request is for the procurement and installation of 3 Autoquip Manlifts, Model MH-4A or equal. Specifications of item part number is as follows: Capacity: 2000 pounds,Platform: 72" wide x 168" long, smooth steel with straight sides and grit surface, Lowered Height: 8, Trave: 72", Raised Height: 80", Up Speed: 30 FPM, Down Speed: 30 FPM, Power Unit: Remote soft start/stop HP, 230V-3PH-60CY. High speed, heavy duty fan-cooled motor. Reservoir capacity 11 gallons. 10 gallons of oil supplied by Autoquip. Controls: Nema-12 constant pressure "up-down" push button station mounted on handrails shall be 48" high with mid-rail and a 4" kick plate with chains at carousel pick openings. One swing gate with mechanical latch. Capillary tubing on breather port of cylinders. 120" long hoses for connection between lift and power unit (shipped loose). Up limit switch mounted and wired to J-box. (wiring from J-box to controller by others) Velocity fuses on cylinders. Maintenance Leg. TECSPAK landing bumpers. Standard accordion skirting aroung perimeter base (ship loose) Weight: 3200 lbs, Warranty: 1 year parts 90 days labor from installation/testing, Color: Blue with yellow striped base. Installation Specifications: Uncrating assembling and testing Manlifts, Electrical connections from disconnect box to motor controls and all wiring within Manlifts. Removing trash and waste after installation. All responsible sources may submit an offer by providing descriptive literature of how your product meets the needs of the Government; past performance of at least two recent references where the Contractor has sold the same product. Completion of DFAR 252.225-7035. The Government will evaluate the technical capability of the product to meet the Government needs, warranty delivery and price. All contractors submitting an offer must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database to be considered for an award.
