Description

DESC: The Space and Naval Warfare Command intends to modify contract N00039-98-C-3007 with L-3 Communications for Tactical Common Data Link components (ATEs, STEs and antennas). The original contract value is $141M; the anticipated value of the proposed modification is approximately $1.8+M. The proposed modification will be negotiated on a sole source basis with L-3 Communications under the authority of 10USC 2304 (C) (1) (See Note(s): 22) and all correspondence (written or oral) must go through the PCO.
