Description

Contractor to provide delivery, set-up, maintenance, repair and storage of contractor-owned and Government-owned Durable Medical Equipment and patient education services to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 500 West Fort Street, Boise, ID in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Contract period is May 1, 2001 through April 30, 2002 with four one-year, pre-priced options to renew. The Contractor awarded this contrac will be responsible for all maintenance, pickup, etc. of DME already issued, and will also be responsible for relocating any stored equipment from prior Contractor's facility to contractor facility as specified in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date will be on or about 02/16/01. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business, NAICS Code 621999. All offers received from responsible sources will be considered.
