Description

SOLICITATION DAAA09-01-R-3504 SOLVENT, YELLOW DYE 33 IS HEREBY CANCELLED AND REPLACED WITH SOLICITATION DAAA09-01-R-3517. HQ, Operations Support Command has a requirement to procure 57,757 Pounds, Dye, Solvent Yellow 33. NSN 6820-01-X93-3859 in accordance with DOD-D-51485A dated 11 Jul 86 and NOR 155-065-001 dated 7 Jun 84. The solicitation will contain a 100% evaluated option clause. Unit packing shall be Level B. Material Safety Data sheets are required. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL TO COMPANIES REQUESTING THE PACKAGE. Therefore, your email address shall be included on the request for solicitation package. Requests may be by a FAX sent to 309-782-4955 or 6727 TO attn: Ms. Chris Tindle or email tindlec@osc.army.mil . Your data fax or email SHALL include the Solicitation Number, Company Name, Cage Code, Tax ID Number, DUN and Brad Number, Fax Number, Telephone Number and EMAIL address. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. It is the contractors responsibility to ensure that ALL REQUIRED information is included on the request for solicitation package. Failure to do so could result in your company not receiving the solicitation package. It is anticipated the solicitation should be prepared and available SOMETIME between 28 Feb 2001 and 31 Mar 2001. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE FULL AND OPEN AND THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE TRADE AGREEMENTS ACT WILL BE IN EFFECT. Please see DFAR 252.225-7021 for the list of "Designated Countries".
