Description

This is a combines synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are not being requested at this time and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation WO-01-24VM is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions andclauses are those in effect through FAC 97-21, NAICS: Vendor to provide all labor, materials to produce an enantiomeric, lifelike Smokey Bear, rolled up desk, and chair at full size precisely as depicted in the rendering to be located in USDA HQTRs 201 14th St., NW, Washington, DC; FAR provisions at 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The Government intends make a single award contract. See Note 23
