The Health Care Fianancing Administration (HCFA) intends to procure, on a sole source basis with CISCO Systems 170 West Tasman Drive, San Jose, CA 95134-1706, 24x7x4 onsite support and "Smartnet 8x5nbd" systems spport for its Cisco hardware. These products are used to provide HCFA's WAN connectivity. If no order shall be awarded to Cisco Systems, Inc. See Numbered Note 22
