Description

This solicitation which appeared in the CBD on 30 January 2001 is modified as follows: 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The cost estimates for this project will be required to be prepared utilizing IBM/MS-DOS compatible "MCACES GOLD" estimating software, Remedial Action Cost Engineering and Requirements (RACER) cost estimating system, or any other estimating software that may be adopted for use by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers during contract period of performance. 3. SELECTION CRITERIA: A. Professional Qualifications: The selected firm must have, either in-house or through consultants, the following disciplines, with professional registration required where applicable: (1) Environmental Engineer; (2) Geologist; (3) Chemist; (4) Risk Assessor; (5) Industrial Hygienist; (6) Chemical Engineer; (7) Civil Engineer; (8) GIS Specialist; (9) Geotechnical Engineer; (10) Cost Estimator; (11) Biologist; (12) Architect; (13) Structural Engineer; (14) Electrical Engineer; (15) Mechanical Engineer. The evaluation will consider education, registration, and relevant experience in the type work required. Resumes (Block 7 of the SF 255) must be provided for these disciplines, including consultants. In the resumes under Project Assignments, use the same discipline nomenclature as is used in this announcement; All other information published in the original synopsis remains unchanged.
