Description

The Border Environment Cooperation Commission (BECC) is requesting proposals for professional engineering services for improvements to the water and wastewater systems in Fabens, TX. The proposed project is under the operational control of the El Paso County Water Control and Improvement District No. 4 (District). The BECC project involves Phase I of three recommended phases. This project requires the upgrading of both the water systems and wastewater systems. The project shall include engineering services necessary to provide bid packages for two construction projects, one for the water system improvements and one for the wastewater system improvements. Each project shall include Preliminary Design, Final Design, and Bid Phase Services. Request for Proposal (RFP) packets will be mailed or distributed upon receipt of $100.00 U.S. in the form of money order or casher's check payable to the Border Environment Cooperation Commission. Pre-Proposal RFP review and site visit is mandatory. Site visit will be at 10:00 a.m. on March 1, 2001 at the El Paso County Water and Control District No. 4, 117 E. Main Street, Fabens, TX 79838 A CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FOR THIS PROJECT UPON APPROVAL OF GRANT FUNDS.
