Description

The Veterans Benefit Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to TENA Corporation to provide a COTS solution for auditing software containing the following features: 1) End-user customization without programming to fit any type of audit and can be used in environment that requires the systematic collection, analysis and reporting of data. 2) An exhibit handler that links to any on-line manual or document during the auditing process. 3) A flexview that allows each auditor the ability to determine what specific case information is displayed at any time. 3) A flexbrowse that allows each auditor to customize the content and format of information when browsing. 4) Ad hoc reports that can be printed at any time out of any browse or view display feature. 5) Active Checklist Technology that allows a checklist to be built during the audit process by determining the course of the audit. 6) No limitation on number of imported data fields. 7) Integral algorithms that perform complicated/sophisticated statistical analyses and present them in various reporting formats. This synopsis is not a request for quote or formal solicitation. No solicitation exists at this time. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice but instead be used to determine if comparable sources are available and more advantageous to the government. All responsible sources may submit a reply, which if received within 14 days after publication of this synopsis, will be utilized by the government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
