D-U. S. Dept of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA) National Weather Service (NWS), Hydrologic Services Division intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Comet Graphics, Louisville, KY to provide software updates to browserbased web applications to display and manipulate data collected by automated flood warning systems throughout the U. S. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Aware will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Reference 100012
