Description

This is a request for Quotes for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to secure services for road blading of National Forest roads on the Covelo and Upper Lake Ranger Districts of the Mendocino National Forest. Contract time will run for one year, with the availability of one option to extend the term of the contract for an additional year. During the base year the Government will order a minimum of 150 miles of road blading with a maximum of 250 miles. The same minimum and maximum will apply to the option year. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies and incidentals to perform all work specified therein. This project is located in Lake and Mendocino Counties, California. No pre-quote tour will be held. The Government will award the contract to the offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government, based on price and past performance. Estimated issue date is March 2, 2001 with an estimated due date of March 20, estimated start work date is April 2.
