The manufacturer, SDRC, is the only authorized vendor to provide this software maintenance. Responsible firm's believing they can provide the above service, should submit a written response to the Contracting Officer on or before 23 February 01, clearly showing their ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
