Description

Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision required for the demolition and removal of 10 3-story buildings and 2 single story buildings. Asbestos removal is included in this project. Firm fixed-price service contract. 240 calendar days to completion. This project is set-aside for Hubzone buisness concerns only. You must be certified as a Hubzone Business with the small business administration and be listed on SBA's pronet website to be considered. Proposals received from other than certified Hubzone business concerns will be rejected! Award will be made to the offeror whose price and technical proposal provide the best value to the government. Evaluations will be based on 1) Past Performance, and (2) Environmental Qualifications. All technical factors are considered of equal importance. The cumulative rating of the Technical Evaluation factors are less important than the price. Technical inquiries prior to RFP closing must be submitted in writing 15 days before RFP closing, faxed to (901) 874-7757. There will be a pre-proposal conference and site visit. The conference and site visit will be held at Building 455, Naval Support Activity Mid-South, tentatively scheduled for March 1, 2001. Attendance should be limited to three representatives per proposer.
