Description

The Missouri Army National Guard is seeking small business sources to provide on-site medical testing to include but not limited to the following: Audiogram, Pulmonary Function Testing, Blood Testing (CBC, SMAC, Coronary Risk Profile) and PSA Testing for Guard members over 40 years of age. The total estimate of personnel to be tested will not exceed 409. The tests are to be conducted at 14 locations throughout the state of Missouri.
