Package to include Account Management Orientation and Planning session, Escalation Management, Service Delivery plan, Status meetings and reports; Proactive services Support Consulting, Supportability reviews, 1 TAMS Site Visit; Information services Premier Online Support Web Site, Expert Roundtable Participation, Microsoft TechNet Plus-1 single server, unlimited-user license (CD Subscription), Microsoft Developer Network Universal Edition 1 single-user license (CD Subscription); Technical Support 45 Technical support incidents, Quick Fix Engineering, Remote dial-in, multivendor coordination.
