Description

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development intends to award a contract for the Administration of the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program, Existing Housing at Brittany Woods Apartments, located in University Park, Illinois. Currently, there are eleven (11) families holding certificates. The proposed term of the contract will for a two years base period with three (3) single year options. This is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 531311. The Size Standard is 1.5 million. Copies of the RFP will be available on or about fifteen (15) days from this notice. This notice will be posted on HUD's Internet Home Page at http://www.hud/gov/cts/ctsoprty.html. All interested parties who download copies of the RFP from HUD's homepage Contracting Opportunities will not automatically received amendments to the solicitation.
