Description

The Office of Public Health & Science (OPHS)/Office of HIV/AIDS Policy (OPHS) through the Program Support Center, General Acquisitions Branch, intends to award a six month sole source 'Simplified Acquisition' to Donna Crews. The Contractor shall be responsible for performing Technical Assistance to OHAP in (1) Strategic planning advise and consultation; (2) facilitating and planning the Leadership Campaign on AIDS(TLCA) forums on {a} youth, {b} gay men of color and {c} women; (3) follow up on TLCA forums previously held by the Surgeon General; and (4) assist in research and analysis of HIV/AIDS related to public health issues. Ms. Crews is uniquely qualified with extensive and broad sweeping professional experience of technical assistance related to the above four major tasks. Anticipated award date is March 8, 2001. No solicitation will be issued.
