NOTICE TO PLANHOLDERS AND PROSPECTIVE PLANHOLDERS OF SAVANNAH DISTRICT CORPS OF ENGINEERS' SOLICITATIONS The Savannah District Corps of Engineers website now allows customers to register online for plans and specifications. Customers may register for one or multiple solicitations at one time. OUR WEBSITE: https://ebs.sas.usace.army.mil/ In order to place your company on the Planholders' List for solicitations you have ordered or already received, please register immediately. You are required to complete most of the fields shown on the registration form. Fields that are NOT mandatory are: DUNS No.; Cage Code ; Tax I.D. Number; and Mailing Address -- complete this field if your mailing address (such as a P.O. Box) is different from the street address. Be sure to show the correct zip codes for each address. After your initial registration, you need only fill in your User Name and Password and click on update/verify when registering for a solicitation. If you have a change of address, phone/fax number or any other changes, simply update your registration record accordingly. Your User Name and Password are required as security measures for your company. Be sure to save this information and have it at your disposal when ordering solicitations. All customers requesting plans and specifications for our solicitations MUST REGISTER ON OUR WEBSITE. Written, faxed and e-mail requests will no longer be accepted. We at the Savannah District are proud to provide this improved service to our customers. Registering online will eliminate having to remember or keep records of requested solicitations or phoning to confirm that your request was received. It will also allow you to print current Planholders' Lists and even select a desired group of vendors (prime contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, printing companies, plans' rooms).
