Description

1. This project is 100% set-aside for small businesses. 2. The work includes providing labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the cutting of groomed and semi-groomed grass and the cutting of grass cutting magazines/bunkers and berms. All work shall be located at the Indian Head Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Maryland and its tenant activity at the Stump Neck Annex. 3. Award will be based on price and other non-priced factors which may include, but are not limited to; 1)past performance, 2)contractor qualifications and 3)an understanding of the work as demonstrated in the Contractor's written technical proposal. 4. In addition to the price quotation, the Contractor shall provide past performance references, contractor qualifications and a brief technical proposal which demonstrates the contractor's understanding of the requirements. 5. Award will be made through the use of simplified acquisition procedures. 6. Solicitation packages will be available for downloading at www.esol.navfac.navy.mil on or about March 2, 2001. No paper copies will be mailed.
