Description

Includes Management and Food Production and Full Food Service at Fort Jackson, SC, for the period 01 October 2001 through 30 September 2002, with four one-year options. Offerors will be required to submit detailed management/technical and cost proposals to satisfy specific requirements associated with the food service mission. A cost-plus-award-fee contract will be awarded on a best value basis. This acquisition will be conducted pursuant to Department of Army policy for food service operations subject to the Randolph-Sheppard Act, and is therefore issued on an unrestricted competition basis to allow participation by the State Licensing Agency (SLA) under the provisions of AR 210-25, Vending Facility Program for the Blind on Federal Property.
