Description

Due to an expiring lease, General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 55,977 usable square feet of fully serviced office and related space for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in Arlington, Texas, for a firm term of 10 years. All services, supplies and utilities to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. No asbestos containing fireproofing or insulation materials, whether friable or non-friable, will be permitted. All offers are subject to asbestos and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB_s) inspection and testing procedures. Space must be available for occupancy no later than October 1, 2001. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The space is desired within an area bounded to the North _ Airport Freeway; South _ Randol Mill Road; East _ Hwy 360; to the West _ Fielder Road.
