Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to contract for road access and helibase construction to include clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, blasting, aggregate surfacing, concrete pads, and utilities relocation. The Government Estimate is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Bid (20%), Performance (100%) and Payment (100%) bonds are required. Estimated start work date is 6/2/01 with 90 days contract time. North American Industry Code is 23411 (SIC 1611). Documents will be available approximately 3/2/01. "See Note 27"
