Description

There were several inquiries regarding the previously submitted notice. The following are additions to the original notice submitted on February 7, 2001. The project consist of the construction of erosion and sediment control measures, installing surface water controls, construction of rock-lined waterways, construction of an acid mine drainage system, and vegetative work. Major items of work consist of 18,300 sq. ft. of stone drain; 4,927 tons of rockfill; several rock-lined waterways totalling 2,600 lineal ft; installation of a sediment basin; three water control structures; installation of 6", 8" and 12" pipe totalling approximately 3,773 lineal ft; and installation of 109,550 sq. ft. of HDPE geomembrane liner. The project is NOT listed as a labor-surplus area set-aside as previously submitted. All other information on the previous notice remains the same.
