Historic Decorative Painting Restoration at U.S. Post Office & Courthouse, 271 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, New York. Estimated Cost: $ 1,000,000.00 to $2,000,000.00. This procurement IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS ONLY. THE SIZE STANDARD FOR A SMALL BUSINESS CONCERN IS $11.5 MILLION. Bid Opening Date: March 22, 2001 at 1:30 LOCAL TIME. Bids shall be mailed to Program Support Division at 26 Federal Plaza, Room 18-130, New York, New York 10278. NOTE: The pre-bid conference is being held on February 27,2001, 1:30 PM in the U.S. Courthouse, 225 Cadman Plaza, Jury Assembly Room, First Floor -- Room S166, Brooklyn, New York.
