Description

17. Replace Air-Cooled Liquid Chiller at Mahaffey Middle School, Building 71. Disconnect electrical wiring and conduit from existing chiller. Disconnect & remove chilled water supply and return piping from existing unit. Remove existing Carrier, air-cooled liquid chiller. Install a Carrier 70 ton air-cooled liquid chiller, model number 30GNT-70-5-FC as manufacture by Carrier Corp or an approved equal. Unit shall be 208/230 volt, 3-phase. Unit shall be provided with heat tracers for chiller drum, 40 to 50 degree F water set-point without ice making control, flow switch, unit mounted terminal block, full length factory installed hail guards, unit neoprene isolators, unit mounted non-fused disconnect switch, low ambient controls, control transformer, and 5 year replacement compressor warranty. The period of performance is 90 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purposed of determining Small Business size, NACIS 235110 for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $11.5 million.
