Solicitation No. GS-02P-01-PIC-0021, Firm Fixed-Price requirement for the Upgrade of a Fire Alarm System to include installation at GSA Center building, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The period of performance for such requirement is 171 calendar days. This procurement is 100 percent SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. NAICS code 235310 applies. The size standard is 11.5 mil. Magnitude of the proposed procurement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Solicitation bid package will be available on 3/1/01. All requests for bid package will be accepted in writing only. Requests can be mailed to Caribbean Property Manangement Center, Federico Degetau Federal Building, 150, Carlos Chardon Ave., RM 359, Hato Rey, PR 00918-1746, Attn: Lorena Cruz. Telephone and or fax requests will NOT be accepted. The number of solicitation packages will be limited be limited to one (1) per firm that will be bidding as prime contractor only. Bid documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis, until supply is exhausted. BIDS ARE TO BE MARKED AS SUCH AT TIME OF SUBMISSION, INCLUDING SOLICITATION NUMBER.
