Description

Solicitation for NSN 1730-01-251-7162, Dowty Decoto, Inc. P/N 2-091011-6, Maintenance Kit, Bar Holdback. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described above are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Quantity type contract to Dowty Decoto, Inc. All alternate offerors who wish to be considered MUST submit a complete technical data package for evaluation and approval before they can be eligible to be considered for an award. This is a grounds maintenance essential item for 10N Aircraft, Tomcat F-14A. This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. Note to Internet subscribers: EBB and IQS proposals will not be accepted for this RFP under formal solicitation procedures for a long term contract. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 apply.
