Description

PRON: AX148958AX, NSN: 1620-01-153-2278, APN: 1168850-101, Quantity: Minimum -- 68 each, Maximum -- 340 each, 5-year Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). This action is applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX, New Cumberland, PA, Stockton, CA and Tracy, CA. This item is restricted to the approved source, B. F. Goodrich Co., B. F. Goodrich Landing Gear Division, 8000 Marble Ave., Cleveland, OH 44105-7012. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
