Description

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) intends to purchase Scientific Laboratory Equipment. The Institute is interested in purchasing a Helium-cadmium Laser Head and Helium Cadmium Laser Power Supply including warranty for both items. The mandatory specifications must include 1) Helium-cadmium laser source must emit a TEMoo polarized (>500:1) beam at 442nm. 2) Laser power must be in excess of 100 mW at the 442nm laser line. 3) Power Supply must be compatible with 120V AC power source 4) A warranty must be included to cover materials and workmanship for up to 1 year. Interested vendors that are capable of providing the Government with the scientific equipment above may request a copy of the RFQ in writing or by FAX to 301-480-4226 to the Contracting office prior to the closing date of this notice. It is anticipated that the RFQ NIH-NIDDK-01-629 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due ten (10) days after the release of the RFQ. The anticipated award date is March 12, 2001.
