The purpose of this amendment to solicitation DAAH01-01-R-0103 adds the following clauses: 52.232-13 "Notice of Progress Payments," 52.232-16 -- ALT 1 "progress Payments;" and 52.232-14 "Notice of Availability of Progress Payments Exclusively for Small Business Concerns."
