Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex proposes to contract with Northrop Grumman, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) on a sole source basis for technical representative services during the installation of one (1) each main reduction gear coupling covers onboard the a navy vessel undergoing repairs at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Services may be required in two phases: installation and sea trials. A Labor Hour contract is anticipated. The services will be scheduled for approximately sixteen (16) days during the time frame of 15 August 2001 through 01 April 2002. The closing date and time for receipt of offers will be established in the written solicitation.
