Description

This is an amendment to Submission No. 50C4T6 issued February 1, 2001. The referenced notice stated that the Ohio Field Office has a need for a contractor to provide all the management, supervision, labor, materials and supplies necessary to provide organizational development support services. The contractor will facilitate management/team workshops using the assessment methodology known as SYMLOG. SYMLOG is the Systematic Multiple Level Observation of Groups. The referenced notice is amended to correct the typographical spelling error of SYMLOG and add the defination. This amendment also further clarifies the notice to indicate that the expertise of a certified SYMLOG consultant is required as part of any responding offeror. The requirement remains a competitive Small Business Set-Aside for those interested contractors under NAICS 54169.
