Description

The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for engineering and technical support, travel and material associated with related tasks under the Electronic Warfare Development Programs. Major tasks areas include but are not limited to electronic, aerodynamic, mechanical and advanced hardware and software development, along with integration and test of advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) and Information Warfare (IW) systems. The period of performance is for One (1) year with four (4) one (1) year option periods. NRL anticipates awarding a CPFF Term Contract for approximately 61,480 hours per year. Incumbent contract is CACI, 1100 N. Glebe Road, Arlington, VA 22201. Onsite personnel need to obtain secret level security clearances. The Naval Research Laboratory uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue RFPs and amendments to RFPs. A detailed statement of work will be issued with the solicitation. This solicitation and any amendments to it will be available via the Internet at the URL address shown below. Paper copies of the RFP will not be provided. Numbered Note 26 applies.
