Description

The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for the services of (1) full-time Optometrist, 1 full-time Registered Nurse, and 4 full-time Ophthalmic Technicians for a base period (1 August 01 through 30 Sep 01) and four options years for a total of five years. Services will be performed at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. This requirement also includes optional quantities for 4 Optometrists, 2 Registered Nurses, and 10 Ophthalmic Technicians, these services may be performed at either National Naval Medical Center or Walter Reed Army Medical Center. A firm-fixed price personal service contract is contemplated.
