Description
The Immigration & Naturalization Service seeks to obtain an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Multiple Award contract for the temporary housing, safekeeping, capable of providing meals three times daily, transportation, and security services for the alien unaccompanied juveniles of all nationalities in its custody. The successful offeror or offeror(s) is/are responsible for acquiring and operating a facility(s) that is/are capable of housing an estimated population as indicated: Seattle, Washington and San Francisco, California locations a minimum of approximately 10 and a maximum of 30 alien juveniles, and the Los Angeles, California location an estimated minimum of 16 and a maximum of 60 alien juveniles. All locations will require educational, social skills, individual counseling and recreational development. The Standard Industrial Classification is 8361 and Small Business Size Standard is $5,000,000.00. The residential care facilities must have, or be in the process of obtaining the standard business licenses that may be required by the State, County or local regulations/policies. The successful contractor(s) shall obtain ACA accreditation within 24 months of contract award. The requirement is solicited under a Request For Proposal/ Performance Based Service Contract format requiring evaluation by an agency team of subject matter experts. Interested parties should respond in writing (or facimile), no telephonic requests will be considered. The Government will consider offers that can reasonably demonstrate the offeror's ability to acquire (either through construction, lease or other arrangement) a facility, if it can be ready and available for occupancy 240 days after award, or sooner. *****.
