This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Carrier Corporation, Tampa, FL for annual preventive maintenance of Central Energy Plant and Surgery Chillers for the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL. The contract shall be for one year. This is accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. The anticipated date of award is February 25, 2001. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is sole within the discretion of the Government.
