Description

This is a modification to a previous presolicitation notice to the CBD, posted originally on January 18,2001 and modified January 26, 2001. Solicitation DAAE07-01-R-S012 will be released today on February 16 2001. **Due to reorganization efforts at TACOM, Mr. Kulczycki's and Mr. Bell's phone numbers will be changing in the next couple of weeks.
