This action is applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. Delivery is F.O.B. destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. This item is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Required initial delivery with first article is 40 each 420 days after contract award (DACA) and 40 each per month thereafter until contract completion. First Article Test Report is due 268 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Test is 40 each 280 DACA and 40 each per month thereafter until contract completion. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
