Description

The 46th Test Wing (46 Test Wing), intends to solicit, and award a sole source Firm- Fixed Price contract to SBS Technologies Inc, 2400 Louisiana Boulevard NE AFC Building 5 Suite 600 Albuquerque, NM 87100. This award will be made under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Acquisition and simplified acquisition of supplies and services. This is a notification to interested parties. This contract is for a 2 each model 4422-PCI-0000 full length PCI, PCM decommutator with simulator and IRIG, 10 bps to 20 Mbps (TM, TF modules) and 2 each model 4400-LS20 bit sync TF daughterboard to 4400 Series (20 Mbps NRZ-L). Anticipated award date is 2 March 2001. However if you have a product that will meet this specification response must be received in this office no later than 4:00 p.m., Central Standard Time, 1 March 2001. The Model 4422-PCI is a complete, system level telemetry module for the PCI bus. The model 4422-PCI contains an optional bit synchronizer, PCM decommutator, IRIG time code reader, and dynamic PCM simulator. The module supports all of the functions required for telemetry data acquisition for input data stream at rates up to 20 Mbps. The optional bit synchronizer accepts all PCM codes and includes a tape driver output. The decommutator supports variable frame and word length formats. The simulator features dynamic and unique data word generation and can operate autonomously. The time code reader accepts IRIG (A or B) time codes and can be programmed to utilize systems time in the absence of an IRIG time source. The appropriate NAICS Code for this acquisition is 513390, with a small size standard of 500.
