This solicitation which appeared in the CBDNet on 30 January 2001 is modified to revise the last sentence in the PROJECT INFORMATION section as follow: The majority of the work will be located in the southeastern United States; however Central or South America, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other locations may be assigned to the Mobile District and South Atlantic Division. All other information published in the original synopsis remain unchanged.
