- Bolling AFB, DC currently has a franchise agreement with COMCAST CABELVISION for base wide cable service. On 30JUN2001 this agreement will expire. It is our desire to seek maximum competition for this requirement. All types of television service such as satellite and leased-line cable will be looked at as options.
